Aceprometazine (INN) is a phenothiazine derivative prescription drug with neuroleptic and anti-histamine properties. It is not widely prescribed. It may be used in combination with meprobamate for the treatment of sleep disorders. This combination is available inFrance under the trade name Mepronizine.
